Tasked with reaching the travel trade audience through an innovative online training programme for Brand USA, Black Diamond developed the USA Discovery Program. Bringing together its strategic travel industry knowledge, content creation skills and digital research expertise to develop a clear direction for the platform, Black Diamond collected insight from all areas of the travel trade. Executing a complete service, we delivered full front and back end development through to content creation, global training, ongoing promotion to the travel trade and stakeholder partners, as well as in-depth reporting.
Launched in the UK & Ireland in the summer of 2013, the engaged agent community continues to grow on a global level. It is live in seven Brand USA markets worldwide. The USA Discovery Program is recognised as an industry leader in online training in the travel industry, having won a number of awards. It continues to develop and to be a core piece of Brand USA’s agent engagement initiative.
